If you do not agree with any specific provision of this expansive Agreement, you are strictly prohibited from utilizing the Platform's services and must terminate your access immediately.
The Platform is strictly intended for an adult audience.
To maintain the highest standards of safety and compliance with international digital regulations, the Company enforces a mandatory age requirement.
You hereby represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
The Company, through its designated administrative officers, reserves the absolute and unilateral right to demand verifiable proof of age at any moment.
Failure to provide satisfactory documentation will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account and the forfeiture of all associated virtual assets without notice.
The Platform is explicitly defined as a "Social Sports Prediction Factory." It is a skill-based, interactive digital environment designed for entertainment, strategic analysis, and social competition among sports enthusiasts.
Anti-Gambling Proclamation: This Platform is NOT a gambling, betting, or wagering website. We do not facilitate, promote, or participate in real-money gambling or any form of wagering activities. No real money or items of tangible value are ever at stake.
Terminology and Intent: All activities conducted on the Platform, including but not limited to "Predictions," "Challenges," and "Analysis," are conducted for virtual points and social prestige only. Any attempt by a User to treat these activities as gambling is a material breach of this Agreement.
The Platform utilizes a proprietary virtual unit system referred to as "Coins."
Absence of Monetary Value: You acknowledge and agree that Coins are digital artifacts licensed to you for limited use within the Platform ecosystem. They hold ZERO MONETARY VALUE and do not constitute personal property.
Strict Redemption Prohibition: Under no circumstances shall Coins be redeemable, refundable, convertible, or exchangeable for real-world currency, legal tender, physical goods, gift cards, or any form of financial instrument.
Acquisition and Revocation: Coins may be granted through participation in tasks or viewing of sponsored content/ads. The Company, acting through its designated management, maintains the irrevocable right to modify, manage, or delete these virtual assets at its sole discretion for reasons including, but not limited to, system rebalancing or disciplinary actions.
The Platform provides real-time and historical sports data, including schedules, scores, and statistical information, which are retrieved via various professional third-party data transmission interfaces (APIs).
Source Independence: The Company is not the primary generator of the sports data displayed. This information is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
No Warranty of Accuracy: We do not warrant, endorse, or guarantee the precision, completeness, or chronological accuracy of any data provided. The Company shall not be held liable for any technical discrepancies, data lags, or erroneous results originating from external data providers or infrastructure failures.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GOODPEOPLEACT LLC, its ultimate beneficial owners, officers, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your use of the Platform.
The Company's total cumulative liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to the Company in the preceding six (6) months, or fifty dollars ($50.00 USD), whichever is lesser.
All disputes, controversies, or claims arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be settled by final and binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
You hereby waive your right to a trial by jury and your right to participate in any class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
